Job summary

Muc-Off is seeking a Senior Product & Compliance Technologist to lead the development and ongoing management of the company’s compliance program across products and markets. The role requires tracking regulatory changes UK/EU, advising across business units, and guiding outputs to meet standards.

You will mentor junior colleagues, work with the Product Compliance & Quality Manager, and help deliver practical compliance solutions in a fast-paced, cycling-focused environment that values integrity

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, risk management, internal audit, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance-program principles.
• Experience conducting compliance monitoring, testing, risk assessments, or investigations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes in applicable laws UK/EU, regulations, industry standards, and internal requirements.
• Assess the impact of regulatory developments and update policies and controls.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments, monitoring activities, audits, and reviews.
• Identify compliance gaps and work with owners to implement corrective actions.
• Track remediation activities and verify timely completion.
• Review business practices and documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Provide practical compliance guidance to business units and act as SME.
