Job Title: Compliance Coordinator

Location: Nottingham

Contract: 3-Month Minimum (Potential for Extension)

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Full-Time

Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Compliance Coordinator to support the client's team on a minimum 3-month contract in Nottingham. This is a key support role ensuring the smooth operation of compliance, scheduling, and maintenance coordination activities for the client.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide professional and timely support to the client via phone and email.
  2. Accurately determine the nature and priority of faults reported.
  3. Raise and assign work orders to the appropriate resources.
  4. Schedule works in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and update the client's CAFM system accordingly.
  5. Review subcontractor documentation to ensure accurate CAFM system management.
  6. Assist in managing the supply chain and ensure attendance within SLA requirements.
  7. Allocate internal engineers to reactive and scheduled maintenance, ensuring SLA compliance.
  8. Monitor customer calls from receipt through to completion, updating CAFM records.
  9. Maintain a full understanding of the contract scope and ensure all work adheres to service levels.
  10. Promote and maintain the CBRE culture throughout the client's team.
  11. Act as a key user of site systems, including PPM records, reactive work, and QHSE system reporting.
  12. Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external customers at all levels.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a facilities management or compliance coordination role.
  • Familiarity with CAFM systems (e.g., Concept, Planon, or similar).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Understanding of SLAs and compliance requirements.
  • Team player with a proactive and customer-focused attitude.
