Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support statutory and operational compliance across the housing portfolio. You will coordinate inspections, servicing programmes and certification, ensuring records are accurate and accessible.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, coordination or support role within housing, property, facilities management or compliance.
• Experience maintaining records, databases and electronic document management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scheduling of statutory inspections, servicing, testing and certification activities.
• Track compliance certificates, inspection reports and associated documentation.
• Support Technical Services Managers in monitoring upcoming compliance events and expiry dates.
• Liaise with contractors to arrange appointments, inspections and servicing visits.
• Chase outstanding certificates, reports and compliance documentation.
• Escalate incomplete works, overdue documentation or access issues to the relevant Technical Services Manager.
• Arrange appointments with residents and site representatives.
• Support access arrangements for statutory inspections and compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate compliance databases, trackers and electronic filing systems.
• Ensure certificates, reports and supporting documentation are correctly uploaded and stored.
• Carry out basic quality checks to ensure documentation is complete and correctly referenced.

Pinnacle Group are looking for a Compliance Coordinator to support the delivery of statutory and operational compliance across the housing portfolio by providing administrative, coordination and monitoring support to the Technical Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating inspections, servicing programmes, compliance records and certification, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and readily available. Our Homes Division delivers trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties. We work with local authorities, registered providers and investors to support thriving communities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and reliable administrator with experience in compliance, property or housing environments, who excels at coordinating inspections, tracking certification and managing stakeholder communications. They will possess exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently, ensuring compliance programmes run smoothly and all records, reports and documentation are maintained to the highest standard.,

Key Responsibilities
