Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

1. Work closely in partnership with business functions to identify and mitigate regulatory and conduct risks, escalating issues as appropriate.
2. Collate relevant information for timely and accurate submissions to the regulator, highlighting anomalies with key stakeholders, ensuring approval and record-keeping requirements are met.
3. Conduct horizon scanning to keep the business informed on developments related to regulatory, industry, and consumer issues.
4. Perform gap analyses to identify deficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions promptly, providing reports as needed.
5. Act as SME on all regulatory and industry changes; serve as the contact point for the business and team.
6. Work collaboratively across all three lines of defence.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Compliance advisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of FCA rules and obligations, with demonstrated application.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
