You will ensure robust monitoring and challenge processes and manage the risk management framework, including the identification, monitoring, and reporting of key risks and controls.

The role holder will also review Customer Experience MI for senior stakeholders and engage with management to improve key risk indicators and drive compliance.

Requirements:
