If this sounds like you, we'd love for you to bring your skills to L&Q!Your Impact in the Role:- Compliance Oversight & Coordination: Support the day-to-day activities of the Compliance & Investment team by ensuring all compliance documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with internal and external standards.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across Development, Risk, Internal Audit, Project Management, and Sales to monitor compliance status, communicate expectations, and address performance gaps.
- System & Record Management: Maintain compliance and project management systems, ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and robust reporting. Create dashboards to track compliance actions and highlight outstanding tasks.
- Audit & Risk Support: Assist with internal audit preparation, responses, and reporting. Identify potential risks and contribute to the Development risk register by implementing mitigation actions and supporting early intervention strategies.
- External Engagement: Liaise with regulatory bodies and represent the Development team in compliance-related meetings. Ensure documentation meets statutory and L&Q standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide high-quality data and insight to inform Development project handovers. Contribute to the preparation of KPI reports, compliance trackers, and continuous improvement activities throughout the project lifecycle.
What You'll Bring:To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Compliance & Data Expertise: Demonstrable experience of compliance or data administration, including analysis, interpretation, and maintaining auditable records.
- Project Coordination & Organisation: Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a methodical approach.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate Excel skills and strong computer literacy, with experience using asset management or project management systems.
- Stakeholder Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams and levels of seniority.
- Problem-Solving & Risk Awareness: Strong analytical and investigatory skills with the ability to identify risks, drive resolutions, and support a culture of compliance.
