The Danny Sullivan Group is looking for a full-time Plant Inspector to work with a client based in Gloucester.

Job Title: Plant Inspector - Gloucester

Project duration: Long term - Ongoing work

Job Type: Full time work, Minimum 10 Hour days

Start Date: ASAP

Job Description:

• Identify significant hazards/risks through full risk assessments
• Maintain sound and current knowledge of heavy plant machinery maintenance, PUWER/LOLER regulations
• Identify faults or damage to equipment
• Work with strong attention to detail and accuracy, effectively under pressure
• Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders
• Keep accurate records of all plant inspections recorded on PDI using the SCS Plant Documentation
• Innovate with best practice ideas in Plant Solutions
• Produce accurate and logical check sheets demonstrating best practices
• Complete all documentation with reference to Plant Assessments
• Collaborate with General Foremen, shaft teams, and Plant Hire companies regarding plant issues

Requirements:

• Valid relevant experience in assessing, conducting safety checks, and inspecting construction plant machinery
• CSCS or CPCS Card
