Job summary

AO is seeking a Compliance and PI Operative in Crewe to support Inventory and Warehouse teams in maintaining accurate stock levels and high-quality standards. You will liaise daily with Stock Controllers and quality/operational teams to resolve stock issues promptly and improve processes.

The role involves carrying out stock checks, audits, and reporting, with a 40.25 hour week, 4 on 4 off shifts, and a starting salary of £27,815.97 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience with stock control in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out full and partial stock-checks of bulk items and complete audit inspections, creating timely reports.
• Ensure stock levels are accurate at all times.
• Report back on counted and completed orders.
• Assist warehouse, quality and inventory teams with stock-related queries.
• Check on processed, cancelled and completed orders in the racking.
• Identify where processes are failing and suggest improvements.

Job Overview

About The Role

As our Compliance and PI Operative, you will strive to ensure high quality standards and provide vital support to the Inventory and Warehouse teams, making sure stock levels are accurate at all times. The role will require you to liaise daily with inventory Stock Controllers, the quality and operational teams.

You will also work closely with the departments managers in these areas to ensure that we help to eliminate non-picks and always strive to keep the customer happy. It is part of your responsibility to ensure that any issues with stock management are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

• Salary: £27,815,97 per annum
• Hours: 40.25 hours per week
• Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Rotational shift pattern)
• Start/Finish time: 6.00am - 6:00pm
• Job Type: Full time and permanent contract
• Location: AO PLC, Alpha Building, Weston Road, Crewe, Cheshire, CW16BF
