Job summary

AIT Home Delivery UK Limited is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join our growing depot team in the UK. You will manage cross-department tasks, ensure debriefs for warehouse and driving teams, and escalate any load issues to keep operations smooth and productive.

Ideal candidates will bring warehouse/logistics experience, strong Excel skills for record-keeping, and a proactive approach to problem solving and adaptation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using Excel to maintain and update records.
• Experience in transport or warehousing environments is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate workload across multiple departments.
• Ability to debrief warehouse and driving teams and escalate load-related issues.

We need someone that is able to manage a workload that crosses various departments within the business, so you'll need to be able to adapt your style of working easily. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring all warehouse and driving teams are debriefed and escalating any problems with loads - contributing to the smooth and productive running of the depot.

Ideally you will have worked in a transport or warehousing environment before and understand how things work in the world of logistics. You'll need to have experience using excel to maintain and update records and be motivated to problem solve.
