Job summary

AIT Home Delivery UK Limited is seeking an experienced Compliance Administrator to join our depot team. You will help ensure all warehouse and driving teams are debriefed and any load issues escalated promptly to keep deliveries running smoothly.

Ideally, you have worked in transport or warehousing and can use Excel to maintain and update records. You should be adaptable, focussed on customer service, and ready to support a rapidly expanding business.

We need someone that is able to manage a workload that crosses various departments within the business, so you'll need to be able to adapt your style of working easily. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring all warehouse and driving teams are debriefed and escalating any problems with loads - contributing to the smooth and productive running of the depot.

Ideally you will have worked in a transport or warehousing environment before and understand how things work in the world of logistics. You'll need to have experience using excel to maintain and update records and be motivated to problem solve.
