Nexus People are looking for a Compliance Admin in Elland to work with our client, who operates the most technologically advanced site worldwide for processing flat panel displays and e-waste plastics.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience with Microsoft Office applications and data management.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate records related to safety, health, environment, and quality, including training records, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Assisting in the preparation of SHEQ assessments and management plans, ensuring timely and accurate performance levels in SHEQ audits.
  • Supporting the update and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Generating reports on SHEQ data and ensuring performance levels meet audit requirements.
  • Communicating SHEQ information to stakeholders and ensuring staff awareness of policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with compliance training coordination and tracking.
  • Managing client feedback processes and reporting/investigating safety, environmental incidents, or near misses.
  • Overseeing SHEQ equipment and PPE registers, ensuring compliance and availability.

This role may require other duties, so flexibility and previous experience in similar environments are beneficial.

Working Hours

Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00.

Candidate Requirements
  • Experience with MS Office applications

  • You must be a UK resident and able to travel to the site for your shifts. We cannot assist with visas or relocation.
