Financial Promotions Support Officer / Administrator - Hybrid Solihull

PRIMIS Mortgage Network, part of LSL Property Services plc, is the largest dedicated Mortgage & Protection Network in the UK, with approximately 3000 advisors and 1000 partner AR firms nationwide. We are recruiting a Financial Promotions Support Officer / Administrator to join our Financial Promotions department, a key part of our Risk and Compliance function.

The role involves providing expert support to internal and partner Mortgage and Protection Advisory firms, focusing on financial promotions, business stationery, and social media licensing. It also includes administrative support to ensure compliance and support brokers in achieving their financial promotion objectives.

This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week at our HQ in Solihull and 3 days from home or full-time in the office if preferred.

Main Responsibilities

1. Assist and guide advisers to ensure financial promotions are compliant, keeping the customer at the center of all activities.
2. Update relevant policies and procedures as needed.
3. Follow FCA rules and guidelines for financial promotions and adhere to approval processes.
4. Lead in assessing and approving AR firms' business stationery.
5. Manage social media licensing processes, including record keeping and approval assessments.
6. Oversee the Financial Promotions Outlook inbox for submissions and distribute tasks accordingly.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

1. Ideally 1 year of experience in the financial services sector.
2. Knowledge of the UK mortgage and personal protection sector.
3. Some understanding of FCA regulation, including Consumer Duty requirements.
4. Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
5. Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
