About The Role

Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Compliance team at our Head Office.

This is a highly visible role that offers the opportunity to work with stakeholders at all levels of the business, influence process improvements, and make a real impact on both operational performance and customer experience. You'll also gain valuable knowledge of quartz worktops, kitchen planning, and compliance processes, providing excellent opportunities to develop your expertise, broaden your skill set, and support your future career progression within the business.

Main responsibilities
  • Work closely with the National Compliance Manager, Directors and Department Heads to ensure actions are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Support the HR team by taking notes and recording actions during meetings.
  • Help manage the day-to-day administration of the Compliance team, including monitoring document returns and key deadlines.
  • Identify and highlight retail planner errors through daily reports to improve accuracy and reduce customer impact.
  • Support Kitchen and Bedroom Surveyors with queries relating to holidays, absences, hotel bookings and general administration.
  • Maintain action trackers, task logs and improvement registers for the Compliance team.
  • Manage feedback and improvement opportunities relating to systems, processes and training.
  • Attend meetings, record actions and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Act as a key link between Compliance and other departments, ensuring clear communication across the business.
  • Monitor and audit compliance documentation to ensure standards and deadlines are met.
  • Conduct return-to-work meetings following employee absences.
