Job summary

Wren Kitchens is seeking a Field Training Administrator to coordinate and administer training activity for our retail staff. You will schedule in-person and virtual sessions, maintain training records, and support attendance tracking for a fast-paced retail environment.

You will also assist in developing visually engaging training materials using Adobe InDesign. This hybrid role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, ideal for someone organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data entry and reporting.
  • Experience using Adobe InDesign to produce professional documents.
  • High attention to detail when updating records or preparing training communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and responsive approach to supporting training delivery and follow-up.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule all in-person and virtual training sessions for retail teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date training records and calendars across internal systems.
  • Track and support attendance by issuing reminders, logging participation, and following up.
  • Assist in creating and formatting training documents using Adobe InDesign.
  • Generate basic reports on training activity, including attendance and completion rates.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure smooth scheduling and communication of training plans.
  • Support internal communications relating to training — including updates, invitations, and follow-up messages.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Training team across a range of tasks.

About The Role

This is a hybrid role, working 37.5 hours Monday-Friday and is well-suited to someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks to support a fast-paced retail learning environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and responsive approach to supporting training delivery and follow-up
  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role (experience in a training or retail environment is desirable but not essential.
