Job summary

Wren Kitchens in Carlisle is hiring a Kitchen Surveyor to conduct expert surveys of customers' kitchens, ensuring accurate measurements for the design process. The role offers a base salary of £29,000 with a quarterly bonus of up to £2,000, potentially reaching £37,000 annually.

40 hours per week on a rota including some evenings and weekends. You will record all information electronically in line with GDPR, maintain excellent customer service, support the showroom team, and audit plans before

• Full UK manual driving licence.

About The Role

The basic salary for this role is £29,000 plus a quarterly bonus of up to £2,000, meaning you can earn up to £37,000 annually.

Main Responsibilities

• 40 hours on rota basis, including some evenings and weekends
• Conduct expert surveys of customer’s kitchens, that ensure accurate measurements for the design process
• Record all information electronically in-line with GDPR
• Maintain exceptional customer journey by providing outstanding service, top quality surveys and great communication to customers
• Support the showroom team to improve planning skills, provide feedback and reduce errors within the business
• Ensure high quality plans by auditing in advance of order/delivery, providing feedback to develop designers’ skills

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible personyou must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document

• Previous experience of conducting home measures/surveys
• Experience using a CAD or planner software
• Knowledge of kitchen installation/legislation
• Knowledge of plan checking or error checking
• Previous experience working in the kitchen industry
