Perthyn in Loughor, Swansea is hiring Complex Support Workers to help people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs live fulfilling lives. This role offers full-time or part-time hours with an hourly rate of £14.45.

You will work as part of a caring team, following support plans, promoting independence and dignity, with a comprehensive induction and ongoing training provided.

DBS checks are required; Perthyn supports development, pension, leave entitlements and wellbeing initiatives.
