Continuity of Care Services in Royal Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Complex Support Worker to help a gentleman in his 50s living with traumatic brain injury. You will provide 1:1 care at home and in the community, supporting mobility, daily routines, and activities he enjoys such as swimming and sports.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and own car, reliability, compassionate communication, and the ability to plan and organise.

Qualifications

• Prior care experience is essential.
• Must have full UK driving licence and own car.
• Eligible to work in the UK; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care for client in home and local community.
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and general household duties.
• Support client with accessing the community and planning routine activities.
