You will work closely with teachers to manage emotions, behaviour and personal care while promoting independence. The position is based in a secondary school in Tameside, with hours 8:30am to 3:45pm and a daily rate of £105.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with complex needs in a school setting.
• Comfortable providing personal care and maintaining pupil dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small‑group support to pupils with complex SEND needs.
• Help pupils access learning and develop communication and social skills.
• Support emotional regulation, behaviour management, and independence.
• Collaborate with teachers and the support team to plan and deliver activities.
