Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment in Tameside is seeking a dedicated Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in a busy secondary school. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, help pupils regulate emotions and behaviour, assist with personal care when required, and work with teachers to ensure every pupil can access learning.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with complex SEND needs.
• Ability to provide 1:1 and small-group support.
• Capable of personal care responsibilities when required.
• Strong teamwork and communication with teachers and professionals.
• Ability to help regulate emotions and behaviour.
