Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment - Chesterfield is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with complex needs in a specialist SEN setting. The role emphasizes resilience, patience, and a commitment to helping children with additional needs.

The position offers daily pay between 95 and 120, full-time term-time hours, and ongoing support from a dedicated SEN Consultant. Experience in challenging behaviours and collaboration with staff is valued.
