Waythrough is seeking a Complex Needs Practitioner (Gambling) to manage a caseload, deliver holistic support and coordinate with multi-agency partners across England. You will work to reduce risk and support recovery, addressing gambling-related harm and related needs in a person-centred way.

As a Complex Needs Practitioner (Gambling), you will manage your own caseload and provide high-quality, holistic support to individuals experiencing gambling-related needs. Working flexibly across the community and within multi-agency partnership settings, you will engage people through outreach and deliver tailored interventions based on their individual circumstances, strengths and goals.
