As a Complex Needs Case Worker, you will be instrumental in providing tailored therapeutic support to individuals who has a diagnosis of personality disorder, traits of Personality Disorder or has experienced some form of trauma. Your role will involve engaging clients through a variety of methods including group activities and one-to-one support.

If you have:

  • A sound knowledge base regarding differing evidence-based approaches to mental health.
  • Experience of developing and delivering programmes of group-work, courses or training
  • The ability to work within a framework of positive therapeutic risk taking and develop individual support plans.
  • Experience of working collaboratively with a wide range of services.
  • A full UK driving licence, happy to travel across the Kirklees area
