We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor in the North responsible for delivering high-quality work and maintaining our reputation on high-profile UK projects across sectors like rail, highways, utilities, defence, energy, and aviation. You will build sustainable client relationships and contribute to your colleagues' career growth.

Your Purpose

• Cost planning and estimation throughout project lifecycles.
• Producing estimates and conducting budget reviews across sectors.
• Gathering data, analyzing needs, and defining client/stakeholder requirements.
• Creating analysis and benchmarking reports to promote value for money and identify trends and cost drivers.
• Ensuring data accuracy and currency.
• Championing innovation internally and with clients.
• Supporting or leading tool development for data integration and analysis.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
