As part of our Cost and Commercial Management (CCM) team, you'll work directly with major nuclear clients, using your expertise to deliver contract management, risk management, and cost control; supporting clients in delivering their projects on time and within budget.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll join a team of multi-disciplinary project professionals on various projects in the nuclear sector. Your role will support:

• Formation of effective commercial and contracting strategies,
• Supporting contract procurement,
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and
• Commercial administration of contracts during execution to support the safe delivery of value-for-money solutions for our clients' programmes, projects, and business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold or be working towards a professional qualification or chartered status with a relevant professional institution, e.g., RICS, CIPS, ICE, CIOB, etc.
• Experience administering the NEC suite of contracts, preferably gained from the UK infrastructure sector, either from contracting or consulting background.
• Understanding key commercial drivers within the construction industry, and experience in delivering commercial analysis and insights on contract data.
• Demonstration of self-management and prioritisation skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and third parties.
