Job summary

Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment is recruiting for Complex Children’s Healthcare Assistants in Liverpool to support children living at home. The role requires caring for young people with complex health needs, including tracheostomy and epilepsy management.

The client offers flexible shifts, weekly pay, a free enhanced DBS check, free training, a supportive office team, and a £500 Refer a Nurse bonus. You will work with children aged 2 to 25 in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• At least six months of paid UK care or support experience within the last two years.
• Experience working with children.
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a car.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A caring, reliable and professional approach.

Complex Children's Healthcare Assistant

Location: Liverpool

Pay: From £14.85 - £16.25 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay

Jane Lewis is looking for experienced Children's Healthcare Asisstants in Liverpool to support a children living in their own homes.

Our client supports children and young people aged 2 to 25 years, enabling them to live fulfilling lives at home and within their communities.

The young people you will be supporting have a wide range of needs, including:

• Complex health conditions requiring interventions such as tracheostomy care, long-term ventilation, gastrostomy feeding, and epilepsy management
• Neurological disorders
• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• Behaviours that challenge
• PICA
• Prader-Willi Syndrome
• Other complex physical, learning, and developmental disabilities
