Job summary

Advantage Healthcare is seeking a Children’s Complex Care Assistant to provide in-home care focused on ventilation and tracheostomy support, tailored to the needs of a client with autism. You will receive full training and clinical guidance to develop these skills while supporting the client at home, including activities that keep him engaged with age-appropriate content.

• Previous experience in childcare with ventilation care and tracheostomy care is required.
• Medication experience is required.

What you’ll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Children’s Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation and managing our client with Autism in their own home. Our client enjoys riding his bike and watching age appropriate you tube videos. If you can make a difference then this role is for you.
