We Change Lives is hiring a Complex Care Support Worker in Winsford. Various days and night shifts available. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents at Chapel House, supporting with personal care, medications, activities and wellbeing.

Training is provided, and a supportive team environment is promised. In this role you’ll help residents maintain independence and dignity, while working closely with families, colleagues and professionals.

Complex Care Support Worker - Days & Nights - Winsford

• Location: Winsford
• Hours: Various days & night shifts available
• Pay: £12.71 - £13.21 per hour
• Higher Rate: Available once trained and signed off as competent in tracheostomy and ventilation care

No experience? No problem! Full training and support will be provided.

About Chapel House

Chapel House is a warm welcoming 10-bedroom home in Winsford, with a spacious lounge, private garden and sensory room. We provide 24-hour nursing care for people with acquired brain injuries, with a person-centred approach that puts each person's needs and wellbeing first.
