Job summary

We Change Lives in Winsford is seeking a Bank Nurse to deliver person-centered care within a 3L service at Chapel House. You’ll work across nights and days with flexible hours, ensuring high standards of practice and safe medication management in a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualified as RGN and RNLD with prior nursing experience, you’ll advocate for residents and support their independence and wellbeing. The role offers rewarding, life-changing work within a charity setting.

A Night in the Life of a Nurse

As a Nurse, your role is dynamic and vital. You'll maintain high standards in accordance with government and CQC regulations, collaborating effectively within a multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring safe medication management. Your clinical responsibilities encompass complex care, medication management, tracheostomy care, seizure handling, and specialized care such as stoma and catheter care. With a focus on person-centered planning, you'll contribute to the personal growth of the individuals we support and celebrate their milestones on the path to independence and well-being.
