Job summary

Community Case Management Limited is seeking bank support workers to provide complex care for an adult male with brain and spinal injuries in Long Sutton. You will work in a small team delivering 2 to 1 care, covering shifts as needed, including days, sleep-ins and weekends.

The role includes a full induction, training and competency checks. A driving licence is essential, and an Enhanced DBS disclosure is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care desirable or willingness to undertake Care Certificate training.
• Must be flexible to cover various shifts including days, sleep-ins and weekends.
• Full driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2 to 1 care for an adult male with brain and spinal injuries in the Long Sutton area.
• Cover shifts as required, including days, sleep-ins and weekends, to support the client and team.
• Complete induction, training and competency checks and adhere to DBS requirements.
