City and County Healthcare Group Ltd (CCH) is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join the Maidstone Complex SCP team in Gravesend for a 2:1 complex care package. The role includes managing PEG feeding, medication and personal care for a young man in his mid-20s, with a strong emphasis on social inclusion and daily activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care is essential, with exposure to PEG feeding, medication administration and moving & handling equipment.
• Experience with cerebral palsy care and personal care tasks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for a young man with cerebral palsy in a 2:1 complex care package.
• Manage PEG feeding, medication administration and personal care.
• Support social inclusion and engage the client in community activities and outings.
