Lifeways – Specialist Support Services serving your local community in Havant is seeking a Care Support Worker. You’ll support people with complex needs to live independently and participate in activities like cycling, swimming, and holidays with service users.

Drivers license is required; we offer funded qualifications, paid training days and progression opportunities across a 365-day service including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant working with sensory impairments.
• Drivers license is a requirement for this role due to service user needs.
• Willingness to work across weekends and holidays as part of a 365 day service.

Responsibilities

• Support people in the local community to live independently and improve quality of life.
• Participate in activities including cycling, swimming, trampolining and holidays with service users.
• Work as part of Lifeways 365 day service with a focus on safety and wellbeing.
