This is a complex care support worker role within the Libertatem Healthcare Group, a provider of high-quality care and support services. The role involves providing flexible, rewarding work as part of a bank care team, assisting clients with a range of complex needs, such as brain injury, cerebral palsy, or spinal injuries. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across various client packages in the South Wales region, ensuring continuity of care.
As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting and engaging with personalized routines, including the use of hoists, completing daily living activities such as personal hygiene and mobility, administering medication and monitoring health conditions, providing emotional support and companionship, and maintaining accurate records of care provided. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care for the clients.

We have an opportunity for support workers looking for flexible, rewarding work in a supportive team.
As part of our bank care team you’ll be able to pick up work when available and when/where suits you across several of our clients in the South Wales region, providing them with an excellent continuity of care.
Due to our clients' support needs, successful candidates will ideally have previous experience working with complex needs, brain injury/cerebral palsy or spinal injuries though this will not be essential. However, experience working in care or with similar needs is required, and training will be provided so that you are able to work across any of the packages in the region.
Pay: Dependent on package (ranges from £14.50 - £15.00 weekdays and £15.50 - £17.00 weekends)
