Bank Support Worker (5487)

About the Role
  • Position: Bank Support Worker
  • Location: Lee on Solent Area
  • Pay: £11.44 - £11.50 per hour
  • Contract: 0-hour contract
  • Requirements: Full UK Driving license and access to own vehicle are desirable but not essential.

We are seeking Bank Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities, Down syndrome, Alzheimer's, Dementia, Epilepsy, and other complex health needs. The role involves community outings and activities.

No two days are the same. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting daily living activities and community engagement
  • Facilitating social activities and maintaining connections with family and friends
  • Managing personal finances
  • Maintaining a clean and safe home environment and shopping
  • Providing personal care and encouragement

Experience in social care is not required. We offer comprehensive, accredited training programs at no cost, including the Health and Social Care Diploma to support your career growth.
