Key Role Details

* Location: Swindon and surrounding areas
* Pay: From £13.68 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay — paid weekly every Friday
* Hours: Days or Nights, minimum 12-hour shifts
* Contract Type: Agency/Flexible Working (not a guaranteed hours contract)

An experienced and compassionate care professional with over one year of recent hands-on experience in UK health and social care settings. Adept at delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with diverse needs, including elderly service users, individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health challenges, and those requiring complex or 1:1 care.Skilled in assisting with all aspects of personal care, mobility, meal preparation, medication prompts, and emotional support. Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams. Comfortable working independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team, and confident in lone working situations when required.Flexible, dependable, and committed to upholding dignity, respect, and safeguarding in every aspect of care. Holds up-to-date training and is eager to continue developing professionally. Owns reliable transport and is available for 12-hour day or night shifts across Swindon and surrounding areas.Seeking a flexible agency role offering variety, stability, and opportunities to make a real difference through meaningful care.
