Key Role Details
* Location: Swindon and surrounding areas
* Pay: From £13.68 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay — paid weekly every Friday
* Hours: Days or Nights, minimum 12-hour shifts
* Contract Type: Agency/Flexible Working (not a guaranteed hours contract)

Key Requirements:
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* A minimum of 1 year’s recent UK care experience
* The right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship)
* Willingness to provide personal care, including bathing and toileting
* Reliable access to transport – due to the location of certain clients
* A caring, patient, and empathetic approach to care
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with service users
* Willingness to work as part of a team or independently

Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams. Comfortable working independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team, and confident in lone working situations when required.Flexible, dependable, and committed to upholding dignity, respect, and safeguarding in every aspect of care. Holds up-to-date training and is eager to continue developing professionally.
