Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a Brain Injury Support Worker for a female client in Tre Harris, South Wales. The role operates on a 2:1 support ratio, with shifts Tue–Sun 10am–8pm, and a zero-hour contract.

You will assist with personal care, PEG feeding, medication administration (training provided) and mobility support. Ideal candidates have experience with complex needs, PEG knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a similar role, supporting clients with complex needs.
• Experience and/or knowledge of PEG essential.
• A valid UK driving licence desirable, although non-drivers can be considered if you are able to get to the clients home.
• A caring and compassionate nature.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Brain Injury Support Worker

Location: Tre Harris, South Wales
Salary: £15.69 - £16.47 per hour
Job Type: Zero-hour contract
Shifts: Tuesday – Sunday – 10am-8pm

Role Overview:
We are offering an opportunity for experienced and dedicated Brain Injury Support Workers to join our new client in Tre Harris, working on a 2:1 ratio. Our client is a female in her early 30’s who lives with her family.

She has a brain injury and other complex needs including PEG and occasional Gastric Venting. We are seeking support workers who are confident, empathetic, and capable of building a strong, trusting relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
