Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a live-in Complex Care Support Worker in Farnborough, Hampshire. The role involves supporting a gentleman with brain injury and complex needs, including mobility challenges, communication difficulties, and cognitive impairment.

We're offering an exciting live-in opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our client with complex needs in Farnborough, Hampshire.

Hours: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off - 09.20-21.30.

About the Role

You’ll be supporting a gentleman in his seventies who has complex needs due to a brain injury, including limited mobility, a speech disorder, and impaired cognition.

We're looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy. He enjoys listening to the radio, getting out into the community, socialising and charity shopping. He also has very friendly cats who he loves dearly.

Your role will be to support him physically and emotionally, helping him live life to the fullest.

What We’re Looking For

Due to the client's needs, we're seeking a female support worker with:

• Previous experience in complex care ideal but not essential
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage challenging behaviours Reliable, flexible, and committed
• You’ll need to be confident working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to build a trusting relationship with the client and her family.
