Are you passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care? At Righttime Care, we specialise in supporting individuals with complex needs, mental health challenges, learning disabilities, and autism, often during crisis situations, placement breakdowns, or while awaiting long-term solutions.

We’re looking for experienced and compassionate Support Workers who can step into complex care environments with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Supporting service users with a range of complex needs (e.g., MH, LD, Autism, forensic backgrounds)
2. Helping with daily routines, emotional support, and personal care
3. Managing challenging behaviours with a calm, respectful approach
4. Working as part of a rapidly deployed, skilled team
5. Keeping accurate records and updating care logs

What We’re Looking For:

1. Minimum 6–12 months’ care experience (ideally in complex needs)
2. Up-to-date training (PMVA/Restraint, medication, safeguarding, etc.)
3. Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply for one)
4. Great communication and reliability
5. Ability to work under pressure in dynamic settings
6. Drivers preferred (depending on package location)
