The Wembley Services provides Supported Living for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and challenging behaviours. Our goal is to develop skills, independence, and confidence both at home and in the community.

Support Worker Duties

• Supporting residents in developing independence and life skills
• Assisting with daily goals and activities such as arts, crafts, and hobbies
• Supporting the development of person-centred plans, including employment and education opportunities
• Maintaining records and risk assessments
• Providing personal care with a focus on promoting independence
• Supporting daily activities and development
