Job summary

NLG in Doncaster is seeking a Complex Care Respiratory Support Worker to provide essential care for clients with tracheostomy and PEG needs. The role includes both part-time and full-time options, with training provided and a focus on person-centred care in a supportive environment.

Salary is £13 per hour on weekdays and £14 per hour on weekends, plus 12.07% holiday pay. Weekly pay is offered, along with comprehensive training and opportunities for progression within a growing organisation.

Qualifications

  • Valid UK driving license is essential.
  • Experience or familiarity with tracheostomy and ventilator dependent care is beneficial.
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care is advantageous.

Job Title: Complex Care Respiratory Support Worker

Work Pattern: 4:3 set weekly roster
Employment Type: Part time and full time available.

Contract for Services. We are not currently accepting applications from individuals looking for sponsorship.

Salary £13ph weekdays, £14ph weekends plus 12.07% holiday pay. We pay our team weekly!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering safe, high quality personal and clinical care in line with the person 's care plan.
  • Supporting tracheostomy and ventilator management with full training provided.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients, offering emotional support and encouragement.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalised care plans .
  • Monitor and document client progress, reporting any concerns to senior staff or healthcare professionals.
  • Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all clients.
About You:
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential
  • Previous experience with supporting those tracheostomy and ventilator dependent is beneficial
  • PEG Care Experience
  • Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) are an advantage.
