Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker in Devizes, Wiltshire, to assist a gentleman in his 40s with spinal injury and complex care needs, including tetraplegia and tracheostomy care. You will support daily living activities, monitor health, and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

The role requires empathy, reliability and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Bank and waking night shifts offered with competitive pay.

Job Overview

Join our team as a Complex Care Support Worker in Devizes, Wiltshire. This role supports a gentleman in his 40s who has an acquired spinal injury and requires assistance with complex needs such as tetraplegia, epilepsy, autonomic dysreflexia and tracheostomy care.

Pay and Working Hours

Pay: Day shift – £15.14 per hour (weekdays), £16.22 per hour (Saturdays), £17.30 per hour (Sundays). Night shift – £16.22 per hour (Tuesday‑Sunday), £17.30 per hour (Mondays).
Hours: Bank, days (08:00‑20:00) or waking nights (20:00‑08:00).

Responsibilities
