Job summary

Care4ocus t/a Care4cous Ltd is recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants and Complex Care Support Workers to support clients in the Reading area. You will assist individuals with complex clinical and personal care needs, delivering safe and compassionate care with dignity.

We welcome reliable carers who are confident providing PEG, tracheostomy and other complex care tasks. Training, ongoing support and development opportunities are offered to successful applicants.

Qualifications

• Experience in the following is desirable: PEG / Gastrostomy care.
• Experience with Tracheostomy care is preferred.
• Proficiency in Suctioning and respiratory support is advantageous.
• Familiarity with NIV / Ventilation care.
• Knowledge of epilepsy and seizure management is beneficial.
• Experience with Medication support.
• Moving & handling / hoisting skills.
• Delivering Personal care with dignity.
• Catheter care familiarity.
• Pressure area care awareness.
• Experience with complex physical or neurological needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable, compassionate care in clients' homes in Reading and surrounding areas.
• Deliver safe, person-centred support aligned to each care package.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to maintain quality and safety.

Job description

We are recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants and Complex Care Support Workers to support clients in the Reading area.

We have complex care opportunities available for reliable, compassionate carers who are confident supporting individuals with additional clinical and personal care needs.

Experience in the following is desirable:

• PEG / Gastrostomy care
• Tracheostomy care
• Suctioning
• NIV / Ventilation
• Epilepsy and seizure management
• Medication support
• Moving & handling / hoisting
• Personal care
• Catheter care
• Pressure area care
• Complex physical or neurological needs

You do not need experience in every clinical area. Package-specific training and competency assessments may be provided depending on the individual care package.
