Job summary

CCH Advantage Healthcare is seeking a compassionate care assistant to support a 54-year-old gentleman with cerebral palsy at home in Lincoln. Day and evening shifts are available, with weekend activities and outings.

No prior care experience is required as we provide nurse-led training. A full UK driving licence is essential. You will assist with personal care, meals, medication, and mobility during evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• No care experience required; full nurse-led training provided.
• Background in caring for clients with cerebral palsy, medication administration, and moving and handling would be advantageous.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support a 54-year-old gentleman with cerebral palsy in his own home.
• Assist with evening and night-time routine.
• Support weekends with community activities and outings.
• Administer medication and assist with personal care, including showering.
• Assist with moving and handling and meal preparation.
