CCH is hiring Complex Care Assistants in Llandudno to support a young man at home with his family. Full training and clinical support are provided to develop and enhance care skills. The role includes day activities and one-to-one night monitoring with emphasis on wellbeing and safety.

We seek enthusiastic, reliable individuals with a willingness to learn; prior complex care experience is beneficial but not required.

Qualifikationen

• Interest in developing complex care skills with full training provided.
• No prior complex care essential; enthusiasm and reliability are valued.

• Support a young man at home with his daily activities and routines.
• Deliver day-to-day care and engagement activities with the care team.
• Monitor wellbeing and respond to needs during night shifts when assigned.
