Job summary

CCH Group in Holyhead is seeking a friendly Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a range of complex care needs in their own home. You will help the client live a full, active life and stay engaged with the community.

No care experience is required as we provide full nurse-led training. Experience with catheter care, medication administration or manual handling is advantageous, and Welsh language skills would be a bonus. Day and night shifts are available to suit your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support a client with a range of complex care needs in their own home.
• Build positive relationships and provide reassurance to enable the client to enjoy activities at home and in the community.
• Assist with daily living tasks and mobility as required.
• Support shifts include day and night to suit your availability.
