Complete Care Amegreen is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to support a client living at home with his family in Llandudno. You will gain full training and clinical support to develop skills in complex care, focusing on activities and engagement during day shifts.

The Wednesday night shift is a 1:1 waking role, with monitoring of seizures and ventilation support as needed. Training and competency sign-offs are completed before lone night shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in complex care would be beneficial.
• Full training and induction provided.
• Willing to work both day and night shifts to support client needs.

Aufgaben

• Support a young man who lives at home with his family.
• Assist with day-to-day activities and engagement during day shifts.
• Provide 1:1 waking night support on the Wednesday night shift, including monitoring health needs.
