Job summary

Ideal-Complex-Care is seeking an experienced Complex Care Support Worker to provide 2:1 care for a client living in their own home in the Crawley area. The role requires PEG feeding and working with individuals with behavioural challenges.

You will deliver person-centred care, assist with PEG feeding and medications, support mobility and personal care, monitor health changes, and promote independence and dignity. DBS checks will be part of the process, and a driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience in delivering complex care.
• Have a reliable vehicle and driving license.
• Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship).
• Have knowledge of PEG feeding.
• Have experience working with vulnerable children and adults.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
