Job summary

OneCall24 Healthcare in County Durham is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support a lady at home after a hypoxic brain injury, providing 2:1 support with personal care, mobility, meal prep, feeding, medication, and community access while assisting rehabilitation activities.

You will work with family and a multidisciplinary team to promote independence, dignity and wellbeing; full training, guaranteed hours, and a supportive team are offered.

Qualifications

• 2:1 care support and personal care duties.
• Mobility assistance and meal preparation.
• Medication administration and peg feeding.
• Catheter care and infection control as needed.
• Supporting therapy and rehabilitation activities in home care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2:1 support with personal care, mobility and meal preparation.

• Support client engagement in rehab activities and community access.
