Job summary

OneCall24 Limited is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant for a complex care role in Wynyard, County Durham. This position involves 2:1 support with personal care, mobility, meal prep, feeding, and medication administration, plus supporting rehabilitation activities.

You will work with family and a multidisciplinary team to promote independence, safety and well-being. The role requires full UK driving licence, with day and night shifts available and excellent pay rates.

Qualifications

• Must have compassionate and reliable nature.
• Driver with full UK driving licence.
• Ability to support 2:1 care in a home setting.
• Experience with personal care and mobility assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2:1 support with personal care and mobility.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding and medication administration.
• Support rehabilitation activities (physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, gym).
• Collaborate with family and multidisciplinary team to promote independence and safety.
