OneCall24 Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support a gentleman with acquired brain injury, enabling an active, independent life at home and in the community.

You will deliver person-centred care, promote independence, and build a trusting relationship while working with a skilled team. Driving and flexibility for day and night shifts are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Experience with acquired brain injury and community-based support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care and assist with daily routines at home and in the community.
• Encourage independence and support engagement in activities the client enjoys.
• Build a positive, trusting relationship with the client and carers.
