Routes Healthcare is seeking a Female Complex Care Assistant in Sunderland to provide dedicated personal care and support to a client in their home. The role focuses on dignity, safety, and responsive care, with a supportive team and supervision where needed.

The position is restricted to female applicants under the Equality Act 2010. A fully funded Enhanced DBS is provided, along with guaranteed hours after successful probation and access to ongoing clinical training.
